We are currently recruiting experienced social workers to join us in our Fostering Supervision and Support Service. You will have the drive and passion to deliver excellent services and improve outcomes to ensure a positive difference and brighter future for our children and young people.
The Role:
As a Fostering Social Worker you will have strong career background within children and families and have sound knowledge within Safeguarding and Fostering, as well as having comprehensive understanding of all fostering regulations and legislation statutory guidance and processes.
Our Fostering Social Worker manage a diverse, complex and varied caseload always being child centred in your approach. You will bring your knowledge and expertise to the role to work in order to make effective decisions and advise, supervise and support our foster carers in ensuring we offer the best stable placements for our children and young people.
You as the Fostering Social Worker will ensure quality standards are maintained and champion good practice to reduce risks, building on strengths through effective internal and external communication and excel in purposeful effective partnership working.
