About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and grow sales of fixed income and structured products with a focus on Italy.
* Build and maintain relationships with regional banks, asset managers, and IFAs.
* Collaborate with senior team members to establish a foothold in the European market.
* Execute a targeted sales strategy to generate revenue and meet business objectives.
* Deliver tailored financial solutions that address client needs.
Ideal Candidate:
* Approximately 3 years of experience in fixed income or structured product sales
* Established network across regional banks, asset managers, and the IFA sector.
* Track record of achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.
* Fluency in Italian is a strong advantage.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to make an impact in a growing market.
