What you’ll be doing We have a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist at On the Beach If you are passionate about creating a warm and welcoming environment and delivering top notch customer service, then we would love to hear from you Your responsibilities will include: First point of contact for colleagues, visitors, customers and VIPs Ensure that all visitors and colleagues are logged into and out of the building following OTB’s security procedures and best practices Receive and distribute incoming post and deliveries Process outgoing post Managing meeting room bookings Security pass system management, including creating security passes Car park management Order catering for internal executive meetings Keep the Reception area clean, tidy and welcoming Fire Warden duties First Aid duties Assisting Facilities team with other duties where required General Office admin duties About you Skills that you will bring to the beach include: Prior experience of working in a Receptionist/Customer Service/Administrative role Strong written and verbal skills Experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel A passion for customer service Ability to work well under pressure and effectively plan, prioritise and organise workload Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as part of a team What to expect from our interview process We will have a two-stage interview process for this position that will consist of a first stage Microsoft Teams interview and a second stage interview at our Aeroworks office in Manchester City Centre. Ways of working This role is full time hours, 42.5 hours per week, working Monday – Friday 07:30 - 16:30, with a lunch break 12:00 – 12:30 and is an office based role.
