We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Services Officer with excellent communication skills who can assist, signpost, and resolve a wide variety of enquiries.
You will be dealing with enquiries that may come in by phone, email, webchat or in person to our Wokingham office at Shute End, and relate to a wide range of Council services.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: -

We are recruiting 1 post for 37 hours per week.
This is a fixed term contract for 9 months.
If you are a customer focused professional who is a proven clear thinker, well-organised with excellent communication and IT skills, we would love to hear from you.
Whilst this is a fixed term contract appointment, for anyone already employed by Wokingham Borough Council this would be classed as a secondment if successful. Therefore, the usual permission requests for secondments apply and you must speak to your line manager in the first instance before applying.
