A confident administrator with experience of scheduling engineers is needed for a vibrant and family owned company based in West Byfleet. Duties:
First point of contact for Clients and Engineers
Managing the engineers schedules
Prioritise emergencies and planned call outs
Invoicing clients and quoting following engineer reports .
Order parts and materials
Develop a recording filing system
Research suppliers to obtain best deals
Ensure contacts are up to date
Chase outstanding invoices
Reconcile payments.
Skills:
At least 2 years of administration experience
Experience of scheduling engineers
Intermediate user of MS Excel
Proven experience of prioritising work
Knowledge of Xero (desirable)
