Job Title: Teaching Assistant Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Sale Job Type: Contract, Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £85 - £95 Per day Job Duties: As a Teaching Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include providing support to teachers in the classroom, assisting with lesson planning and preparation, helping to create a positive learning environment, and working with students on an individual or group basis to reinforce learning concepts. Required Qualifications: - Relevant qualifications in education or teaching assistance - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team - Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Education: Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths Experience: Previous experience working in a similar role within an educational setting is preferred Knowledge and Skills: - Understanding of educational practises and principles - Ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents - Proficient in using educational resources and technology Preferred Qualifications: - Level 3 Diploma in Specialist Support for Teaching and Learning in Schools - First Aid certification Working Conditions: You will be working in a classroom environment within a school setting.
