Role: Customer Support Advisor
Salary: £24,000 to £25,000pa
Location: Shrewsbury, Shropshire
This is an up to 12 month temporary maternity cover contract.

The Customer Service Advisor will assist the company in achieving its business objectives and revenue targets by delivering first class multi-channel support to all customers and partners.
The successful candidate will need to work proactively in order to answer incoming enquiries within agreed timescales, providing customers with information on products and services. The role will require regular liaison with our customers & internal colleagues to ensure the customer journey is efficient and service levels are achieved.
What You’ll Achieve:
As a Customer Support Advisor you will:
Respond professionally to a high volume of emails and phone inquiries, adhering to communication guidelines, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining client relationships.
Provide quotes, product information, and process orders, including payments, returns, invoices, and credit notes, while ensuring timely delivery and updating relevant systems.
Maintain accurate customer records, liaise with the Sales Team for new assessments, and proactively manage open orders and customer queries to meet targets.
Address customer complaints, escalate as needed, and offer feedback for continuous process improvement, focusing on customer satisfaction.
Promote the company’s websites to customers to increase awareness, supporting business goals while meeting KPIs related to call handling, email etiquette, and work throughput.

What We Require:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience of working within a fast-paced customer service environment
Proficient use of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Strong organisational skills with a sense of urgency and the ability to prioritise and multitask
Excellent interpersonal skills to successfully build strong working relationships
