The role of the Client Service Manager is to support a range of clients with their day-to-day enquiries. The role holder will manage the provision of client service support to high-valued Global Liquidity and Cash Management clients, ensuring client expectations are surpassed.
The role is to provide first-point support for the clients and their day-to-day banking enquiries and to support their Client Service Team Leader to enable the team to partner with Sales, Relationship Managers, Product Management and Operations to identify customised, competitive solutions.
In this role, you will:
1. Manage and resolve day to day queries from the clients supported in your team.
2. Encourage clients to utilise digital self-service tools where possible to improve client experience.
3. Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with key stakeholders.
4. Support the Client Service Team Leader in identifying and introducing service improvements to enhance the overall client experience.
5. Interact with other global units including clients, global service teams (GSCs), Sales, Product Management, and other elements of Client Management.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
* Fluency in French language, both written and verbal, is essential.
* Prior experience in a customer service environment is required.
* Ability to work under pressure within pre-defined SLA’s and experience managing and prioritising your own time effectively.
* Take ownership of issues and liaise with relevant parties to make informed decisions for effective resolution.
* Be proactive and willing to investigate issues independently with minimal information.
This is a hybrid position based at Lochside Way, Edinburgh. It is important that the successful applicant resides within an easily commutable distance to our Edinburgh office.
