Overview Pay - £7.10 - £11.44 per hour. Our store in Chester is looking for a minimum 20 hours per week Evening Sales Assistant. Working hours will be 5pm - 9pm. What you'll be doing The role involves being trained in all aspects of customer facing store life: Tills – Serving customers with purchases or returns and taking care to check that all items are complete and that fragile items are packed securely. Shop floor – Assisting our customers to find the products they are looking for and providing an excellent memorable service to create and maintain customer loyalty. Hosting – If a customer can’t find what they’re looking for on our shelves, you will use our successful iPad systems to order products to be delivered to the customers' homes. You will be trained to provide a fantastic Made To Measure service creating orders of bespoke curtain and blinds. You will be styling our departments to inspire and allow our customers to feel fabrics. Stock and Delivery – A physical role with some heavy lifting involved. This is not solely warehouse based and is a customer facing role. You will focus on merchandising, updating price changes, recovering the stores, taking in deliveries, checking stock control, ordering and carrying out shop-floor replenishment.
