About the Group Project Manager (Engineering):

Our client, a leading food manufacturing company with multiple fast-paced sites, is seeking a driven and experienced Engineering Project Manager to spearhead engineering initiatives across their Lincolnshire facilities.

This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects at once across different sites, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required operational and financial goals. You will lead a team of Engineering Project Managers and work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the capital program is executed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the Capital Programme across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with company policies and goals.
* Collaborate with Site General Managers and Operations Directors to develop and monitor the cluster capital plan, ensuring that budgets are adhered to and cash flow is managed appropriately.
* Oversee the delivery of multi-site and large-scale engineering projects, ensuring they meet the agreed return on capital investment objectives.
* Proactively manage all phases of project implementation, from planning to execution, while staying within timelines and budgets.
Hybrid Working:
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, giving you the flexibility to manage your own schedule. However, you will be required to travel to sites in Lincolnshire, with an average of 3 days on-site per week.
What We’re Looking For
* An experienced Project Engineering Manager with a proven ability to manage multiple projects at once across different sites.
* Expertise in various engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Automation, CDM, DSEAR) and an understanding of FMCG practices.
* Solid experience in project management methodologies such as PMI or PRINCE2.
* Strong communication skills, able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
* Proven ability to manage large-scale capital projects, including overseeing budgets and financial planning.
Qualifications for the Group Project Manager (Engineering):
Qualified engineer with supporting management qualifications
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred.
