Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (Dependent on Experience)

We are working with a brilliant and well-respected care provider in Lincolnshire, committed to providing high-quality care and support for individuals with dementia, mental health needs, and learning disabilities (LD). We are looking for a strong, motivated, and experienced manager to take the lead in running their well-established homecare service.
The Role:
As a Domiciliary Care Manager, you will:
Oversee and manage the homecare services, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of care professionals to deliver outstanding person-centred support.
Maintain and develop excellent relationships with service users, families, and key stakeholders.
Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and best practices in domiciliary care.
Drive service growth, maintain high standards, and ensure business objectives are met.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in managing a successful domiciliary care service.
Strong leadership, organisational, and business development skills.
In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and industry best practices.
A passion for high-quality care and a commitment to enhancing service user well-being.
A relevant care management qualification (Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent is desirable).
