Job Description
Key responsibilities:
3. Manage the credit control process, ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate records.
4. Prepare and present regular reports regarding the company's financial status.
5. Establish and maintain relationships with clients to facilitate smooth transactions.
6. Participate in financial audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
7. Work collaboratively with the Accounting & Finance team to achieve departmental objectives.
8. Identify and address discrepancies in financial records.
9. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
10. Assist in the development and implementation of credit control procedures.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate requires:
11. Proven experience in credit control within the business services industry.
12. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
13. Ability to work on your own, as well as within a team
14. Experience working in a fast-paced environment
15. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
16. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
