Title: Administrator in Banking
Salary: up to £35K per annum
Work hour: 9:00 – 17:00

An international financial institution is looking for an Administrator at one of its departments.
Administrator in Banking - Responsibilities:
* Assisting with the day-to-day business of the department and providing general administrative support in relation to due diligence, settlement operations, monitoring investments, and support for the investment professionals.
* Data entry from reports into Excel spreadsheets.
* Liaising between several departments.
* Assisting with settlement operations.
* Assisting in executing NDAs.
* Conducting general research.
* Downloading monthly reports and data from subscribed vendors’ websites and saving them to local folders.
* Creating monthly or quarterly compliance reports and circulating them (inputting results into a format).
* Assisting other team members’ activities (which should be basic and do not require advanced decision-making).
* Arranging business trips (booking flights, trains, chauffeurs, hotels, and restaurants, confirming appointments).
* Filing and submitting expense forms after business trips on behalf of team members.
* Taking telephone calls and leaving messages.
* Performing other duties as reasonably required by management.
Administrator in Banking - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
* Previous experience in an administrative role or in a middle office or operations role within financial services preferred but not essential.
* Must have a flexible attitude.
* Attention to detail.
* Japanese language skills are a plus (JLPT N2 and above).
