Tesco Travel Money Advisor – Tesco Ilkley – Part Time

Salary: £12.50 per hour + Monthly Bonus
Working Patterns: This job is perfect for those who are flexible and able to work a variety of shifts between Monday to Sunday. Depending on your team, you will receive a monthly or weekly rota.

What will you be doing?
* Nurturing and forming relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency requirements.
* Establishing yourself as a travel money ambassador and trusted advisor.
* Engaging with customers to process all foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Delivering on key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused.
* Utilising keen attention to detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries.
* Implementing best practice legal and regulatory standards and adhering to compliance procedures.
What do I need to have?
* Numerically proficient – handling large amounts of cash and currency.
* IT proficient – dealing with computers and in-house systems.
* Great communicator – natural ability to talk and listen to customers.
* Desire to succeed – drive to make a difference and care about customer impact.
What does the interview process look like?
1. Initial screening call by Talent Acquisition Partners or Bureau Managers.
2. Online interview with a Talent Acquisition Partner.
3. Visit to the bureau for a face-to-face meeting with the Bureau Manager.
4. Offer to join Travelex if successful, with feedback provided if not.
