Red Recruitment are looking for a Sales Office Administrator for our client based in Kettering, responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales Team.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Managing Orders
2. Assisting Customers with Enquiries
3. Maintaining Customer Records
4. Processing Sales Orders
5. Checking the accuracy of orders and building specifications
6. Maintaining Sales Records
7. Compiling weekly and monthly sales reports
8. Updating customers on build/completion/handover dates
9. Liaising with other departments including Finance, Operations, Customer Support, and Marketing
10. Researching new product lines
11. Assisting with marketing campaigns
12. Date validation/input on Hubspot
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8-5pm, Friday 8-2pm
