What you'll be doing:
1. Driving ARR growth from new business and expansion of existing customers through complex sales cycles including; technical discovery and evaluations, presentations, financial and legal negotiations, and on-site customer meetings when necessary
2. Articulating Camunda’s value proposition and vision to multiple levels of technical and business leadership
3. Collaboration and partnering with Camunda Solutions Engineering, Product leaders, and Partners (GSI and Regional) to understand and support customer use cases
4. Leveraging multiple communication methods and collaboration with Account Development Representatives to create new contacts in middle and senior leadership in both technical and executive areas of the enterprise landscape.
What you bring:
5. Ability and/or willingness to use .
6. 3+ years of quota attainment within an enterprises software (Saas) sales organisation
7. 3+ years of experience selling complex software solutions to enterprise size UK companies (10k+ employees) by articulating business value and navigating complex buying centers across business and IT stakeholders
8. Proven track record of success selling $1M+ mutli-year contracts
9. Command of Sales Methodologies such as MEDDICC and Challenger Sales
10. Deep industry knowledge of Telco and/or Public Sector a strong plus
11. Track record of building new Pipeline generation via outbound campaigns
12. Ability to manage a high performing Account Teams, driving the strategy and execution of team members
13. Strong collaborator, innovator and problem solver
14. Adhere to our FAITH values

Compensation
For external hires, we consider the skills and experience of the incoming candidate, but typically place candidates in the first half of the range to ensure ample room for growth over the entire lifecycle of the role.
Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence.
The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows:
17. United States: $223,300.00 to $335,000.00
18. Germany: €148,500.00 to €222,800.00
19. United Kingdom: £144,700.00 to £217,100.00
20. Singapore: S$277,400.00 to S$416,100.00
