What you will do:
1. Act as part of the final audit check on the deal before completion of payout.
2. Work to find solutions for non-standard deals that enable the successful completion of a file without increasing our risk.
3. Check files and make sure that all procedures and requirements associated with the payment of deals are fully met.
4. Create fans of customers, introducers, and colleagues by efficiently processing deals to a high level of payout accuracy from “sales support” through to “pay out”.
5. Make sure that all files are accurate and therefore maximize an efficient process of payments to Suppliers and Broker’s commissions.
6. Input and activate agreements into the IT platform.
7. Perform Ad-Hoc general duties associated with the business in an accurate and timely manner and in accordance with existing procedures.

What you will need:
1. Good understanding of asset finance.
2. Experience in checking, processing, and paying out asset finance deals.
3. Knowledge of the industry standard documentation and the various associated risks.
4. Understanding of the UK Asset Finance market.
5. Be amazing at building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
6. Be efficient, highly accurate, and have a desire to deliver amazing customer service!
