British Gymnastics has the following Temporary part time Maternity cover post: Programming Coordinator 18.5 hours per week (Days/ Times to be negotiated but must include Monday and Friday as a minimum) Salary £23,584.00 - £24,763.00 depending on experience per annum (pro rata £11,792.00 to £12,381.50) 39 days annual leave (pro rata) including Bank Holiday and Company days 2 wellbeing days a year weekly exercise and wellbeing hours This role can be either home based (attending the office only on key dates) or dual based, working from home and at Lilleshall National Sports Centre, near Newport, Shropshire (1 day per week) Role Summary: The overall purpose of this role is to provide the gymnastics community with an effective, structured and well organised programme of regional and national courses with the core aim to develop coaches and judges across the pathway. Please refer to the Role profile for full details. Main Responsibilities 1. Co-ordinate the delivery of a well-organised and structured education course programme. Typical Activities: • Coordinating the plan of education courses to meet customer demand. • Ensure courses are programmed in advance, consulting with clubs, coaches and regional colleagues • Source dates, venues/online channels, workforce and any associated course requirements • Utilising the Kaltura online platform to ensure virtual courses are managed and delivered effectively • Ensure minimum course requirements are fulfilled and to act decisively on the viability of courses based on customer experience and revenue. • Monitoring trends and patterns in candidate progression and course processes,highlighting potential areas for development. • Tracking and reporting individuals progress, monitoring courses through to Award, issuing certificates and maintaining accurate records. • Ensuring accurate course administration, raising and processing orders, ordering course resources, and course registrations are completed in a timely manner. • Work with the Workforce Manager to utilise the workforce accurately in line with contracts and qualifications, ensuring feedback is recorded. 2. Support of the general running of the department. Typical Activities: • Working as part of a team to resolve any issea, support colleagues, knowledge share. Contributing ideas/suggestions for the development of best practice. • Ensuring learner records are updated and accurate including communications and qualifications. • Support the team ongeneral office duties • Process refund requests as required 3. Ensure procedural and financial compliance across all processes and systems. Typical Activities: • Ensure that correct automated booking and payment processes are met, highlighting any pre-requisite requirements. • Ensure all course income is processed and coded correctly, and sales invoices are raised • Raising /Processing of orders in advance for payments ensuring financial compliance using the finance system (iPlicit) and submitting accurate staff payments (People first) • Ensuring all orders are GRN’d, and that financials are accurately reflected against commitments. • Ensuring that all courses advertised are organised, administered and completed to the correct standards using the membership management system (Justgo). • Ensuring all course paperwork is collated/inputted in a timely way. • For 1st4Sport Qualifications, Utilise the 1st4Sport portal and/or Cargo as required by/in conjunction with 1st4Sport/UK Coaching Solutions for resource orders, registrations, certifications and Reasonable adjustments/special considerations as required. 4.
