Up to £45,000 dependent on experience AXA Global Healthcare are looking for a Senior Marketing and Communications Executive to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract and manage the development and effective implementation of marketing planning, customer communication and marketing activity for change and transformation projects. This role will have a focus on expanding into new global markets. What you’ll be doing: Serve as the lead marketing support for key cross-functional change and transformation projects, focusing on expanding into new global markets. Develop integrated marketing plans that cover the end-to-end customer lifecycle. Act as the marketing lead in core project meetings, effectively communicating relevant impacts to management and the wider marketing team. Manage updates to documentation and marketing collateral across multiple channels, creating new assets as needed, including communications for product review and regulatory changes. Identify and develop content assets to support market expansion, including webpages, literature, and potential event management. Oversee the end-to-end management and delivery of marketing and communications for defined projects, ensuring alignment across all business channels (Individual, SME, and Large Corporate). Foster strong relationships with IT, sales, marketing teams, and internal/external agencies to ensure effective collaboration. Ensure compliance of all content with relevant regulatory and legal requirements, accurately reflecting insurance products and adhering to brand principles, while managing the process for translated documents as necessary. What you’ll bring: Experienced marketing or communication senior exec International experience, and/or prior health insurance experience Strong asset creation (brochure, video, PowerPoint) and copywriting skills for customer communication Experience with adopting brand tone of voice and guidelines – including dual branding Creative with excellent written and oral communication skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills – to be able to effectively communicate and influence at all levels Highly organised with strong appreciation for project management principles Experience of working in a dynamic team environment, delivering work at pace, effectively yet within strict compliance guidelines Strong skills across Microsoft applications including word, excel, PowerPoint and Adobe.
