Responsibilities Role : Oracle Health Sciences EMEA is looking for an outstanding, highly motivated candidate to drive New Business sales and Account expansion of our eSafety platform including our market leading Argus safety management application within the EMEA SME market. The position will involve establishing and building senior level relationships with a view to understanding and aligning to both prospect’s and customer’s strategy and vision. It is important that the candidate has some experience and demonstrable understanding of the Pharmacovigilance landscape. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter, familiar with the pharmaceutical industry and used to working in high pressure, executive level environments. Requirements and Responsibilities Job requirements: - Experience working in a Life Science Sales role with specific experience with eClinical and/or Safety & Pharmacovigilance Solutions Sales - A customer centric sales engagement approach - A successful track record within a Life Science Sales role - Familiarity with the processes, approach and challenges typically faced by Pharmacovigilance & Safety divisions - The successful candidate should demonstrate the following sales and leadership skills: o Strong, creative and engaging presentation and interpersonal skills o An energy, willingness and enthusiasm to lead and be part of a successful hard-working team environment o Strong planning and execution skills and an ability to drive innovative sales campaigns o An ability to work with senior executives in a fast paced and challenging environment o Confident communication skills at senior and middle management level o A proven track record developing senior executive relationships in SME pharmaceutical organisations o An excellent understanding of Life Science industry challenges and trends - The role will be focused on selling our eSafety platform of applications across the UK, Ireland, the Nordics & the Netherlands. - The representative should expect some travel as part of the role - College degree or equivalent experience is required
