A highly regarded Independent Insurance broker are currently looking to add a Client Account Handler to join their growing team. They seek a driven and motivated professional with strong technical commercial insurance knowledge to work alongside a varied client portfolio, including some large corporate clients, smaller owner-managed SME businesses and everything in between.
About the Role:
* To deliver high quality and efficient service and advice to clients within the commercial sector.
* Working closely with Account Executives/Directors to provide a comprehensive Insurance broking service to mainly existing and some potential new customers.
* Ensure all documentation associated with placing, amending or renewing clients’ insurance programmes is completed in a reasonable timescale and is accurate.
* To provide guidance and leadership to less experienced colleagues, acting as a referral point.
* Contribute towards the development of a high company image of professionalism, competence and customer satisfaction.
Key Skills/Experience Required:
* Must have previous commercial account handling experience gained within an insurance environment and have relevant insurance technical knowledge.
* Be able to demonstrate good communication, decision making and problem solving skills.
* Must have excellent relationship building skills.
