On our Reporting & Analytics Graduate Programme, you’ll spend time across our Product Planning teams who make sure our cars meet customer needs and are competitive and available when they want them. You’ll contribute to ensuring our brands continue to deliver the cars our customers love.
Product: In your product rotation, you’ll provide insight and analysis to support decision making on new model line ups, the lifecycle management of our cars and their specifications and pricing.
Tactical: You’ll work within our tactical teams to develop and track the performance of a range of incentive campaigns to help our brands achieve their sales and order targets.
Sales Planning & Supply: In this rotation you’ll support in the planning and reporting of sales and order take and provide insight into key market and segment trends.
What's in it for you?
As a Graduate, you'll start on a £31,800 salary and get a new car every six months (as long as you have a full, clean UK driving licence). You'll need to hold or be working towards a degree in any discipline. We are particularly keen to receive applications from students with a passion for interpreting complex information and communicating trends and outcomes to multiple stakeholders.
We believe all employees should have a good work/life balance and wouldn't want you to spend a large amount of time commuting, so we require our graduates to be based within a reasonable distance from our Milton Keynes head office. You'll also need to have the right to work in the UK.

If you successfully complete these, we'll invite you to complete an online video interview so that we have a chance to get to know you.
Our final step in the journey would be for you to attend a face-to-face assessment centre in early 2025, where you will take part in a range of activities based on real-life tasks. You'll also have a chance to meet some of our managers and the current graduate cohort.
Successful candidates will be offered a place soon after the assessment centre and will join us in September 2025.
