Operations Manager – Durham
My client are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their team based in Durham. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing operations within the water sector, with specific experience in both clean and waste water projects. This role requires substantial experience in project delivery and framework management, with a focus on AMP 8 Northumbrian Water.
The Operations Manager will oversee a range of projects with an annual turnover of £8-10 million, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for managing multi-disciplinary teams, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring an excellent end-user experience. A degree in civil engineering or an equivalent qualification is essential.
