Service Manager
What you'll do:
Lead and support care colleagues to provide compassionate care
Ensure service users’ emotional, physical, and medical needs are met
Develop and review personalised care plans
Work closely with families, health, and social care professionals
Maintain high standards in line with CQC regulations
About you:
Experience of managing a care service for adults with complex needs
A recognised degree or professional qualification in health/social care e.g.,Level 4 Diploma Leadership for Health and Social Care, Level 5 is desirable.
