We are currently recruiting for Pathway Teachers.
To apply, you should have:
1. Successful teaching experience within Further Education and experience of supporting individual learners across a wide range of levels and with a range of learning, physical and sensory disabilities, including Autism, PMLD and learners who present with behaviour that challenges others.
2. A relevant teaching qualification or be working towards achieving this.
3. Level 2 Maths and English.
4. Excellent communication, organisational and planning skills.
5. Experience of working in a person-centred manner using a total communication approach.
6. Computer skills with the ability to use technology to enrich teaching, learning and assessment.
7. A positive, proactive, flexible approach to work with a strong commitment to excellence and student success.
