We are on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Legal Secretary to support our highly respected and committed Vulnerable Client team. You will play a vital role in delivering top-tier, specialised assistance, managing client matters with expertise, and protecting their interests.
Your Role Will Include:
* Engaging with clients, including elderly and vulnerable individuals
* Accompanying solicitors on client appointments
* Digital dictation and typing
* Drafting legal documents and correspondence
* Managing case files and administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience and confidence in handling sensitive client interactions
* A skilled Legal Secretary, ideally within vulnerable client or private client departments
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
* Fast and efficient typing and audio transcription skills
* Experience with BigHand would be an advantage
* A proactive team player who is adaptable and eager to support colleagues
* Comfortable attending client meetings alongside fee earners

Hours: 9am – 5:15pm (1hr 15mins lunch) – 35 hour week
Location: Canterbury (Hybrid/flexible)
