Deputy Nurse Manager
Salary: Up to £45,000

What we're looking for:
1. Nurse qualified (NMC Registered - RN/RGN/RMN)
2. Previous experience in a Deputy Nurse Manager or Clinical Lead Nurse role, preferably within a care home setting.
3. Proven knowledge and experience in clinical assessments, developing support plans with detailed risk assessments.
4. Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading a nursing team.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and resident-centred approach.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of care.
2. Lead and manage the nursing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring excellent clinical practice.
3. Conduct and oversee comprehensive clinical assessments for new and existing residents, ensuring individual needs are met.
4. Develop, review, and implement tailored support plans with detailed risk assessments, ensuring safety and quality of care.
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, CQC standards, and best practice guidelines.
6. Provide hands-on clinical care when necessary, acting as a role model for best practices.
7. Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders to support a holistic approach to care.
