We have an urgent requirement for Technical Support with a minimum of 1+ Years of Experience.
Responsibilities:
* Managing and Supporting the Entire IT Infrastructure.
* Managing and supporting Web Hosting and Email Hosting.
* Managing and Monitoring Web Hosting Panel like C Panel, Plesk Panel, etc.
* Resolving IT Help Desk Calls, Emails, and Resolving Client problems remotely through Team Viewer/remote assistance or providing onsite support based on the type of problem.
* Expertise in presentation and the delivery of information to Customers and other team members.
* Test backup or recovery plans regularly and resolve any problems.
* Document installation or configuration procedures to allow maintenance and repetition.
* Recommend website improvements and develop budgets to support recommendations.
* Inform website users of problems, problem resolutions, or application changes and updates.
* Provide training or technical assistance in website implementation or use.
* Perform user testing or usage analyses to determine websites' effectiveness or usability.
* Evaluate or recommend System Hardware, Software, etc.
* Identify or document backup or recovery plans.
* Gather, analyze, or document user feedback to locate or resolve sources of problems.
* Determine sources of web page or server problems and take action to correct such problems.
* Monitor systems for intrusions or denial of service attacks and report security breaches to appropriate personnel.
* Administer internet/intranet infrastructure, including components such as web, file transfer protocol (FTP), news, and mail servers.
Qualifications and Attributes
Qualifications:
* At least 1+ years of Technical Support experience in a web development firm or any other.
* Have a proven track record as a Technical Support handling a high-pressure environment.
* Ability to handle Local and International customers over Phone, Email, etc.
* Have a solid technical understanding of web technologies.
