Overview We are currently recruiting for a Mortgage Administrator to join an award-winning Wealth Management business that offer quality financial planning and investment advice based in Hale, Altrincham. Office-based role: Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30 am – 5 pm The role Responsible for sending introductory emails to all new enquiries. Responsible for administering and progressing applications, managing leads, and liaising with 3rd parties, clients and consultants. Creating invoices where applicable and sending invoice reminders. Managing figures and spreadsheets. Ensuring that files are compliant post-completion. Liaising with lenders where required, and providing updates to clients were required to support the Advisors. Updating of notes on the CRM where applicable. Researching the various lenders and the clients affordability. Obtaining key facts illustrations, generic protection quotations, and keying of mortgage AIPs & applications. Requirements Mortgage Administration experience gained within the independent market Excellent written skills and telephone manner Must demonstrate technical ability and be comfortable with mortgage & protection terminology. Ability to time manage and prioritise cases through to completion. Desire to progress in a professional and growing business.
