Competitive Package β Up to Β£85,000 per annum + Β£7,400 car allowance + 15% discretionary bonus
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior HR Leader to join our fast-paced, results-focused business. This is a newly created role, giving you the opportunity to shape and lead the end-to-end operational HR strategy for 260 colleagues across the UK β spanning office, field, and factory-based teams.

π Change Management β Lead HR transformation and change initiatives to support business growth.
π Compliance β Ensure all HR activities comply with UK employment laws and best practices.
What We're Looking For:
π Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
π Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally within a manufacturing or fast-paced environment.
π Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations.
π Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
π A hands-on approach β comfortable βwalking the floorβ and engaging with teams on-site.
π Proactive, commercially minded, and driven to deliver results.
