✅ Competitive Package – Up to £85,000 per annum + £7,400 car allowance + 15% discretionary bonus
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior HR Leader to join our fast-paced, results-focused business. This is a newly created role, giving you the opportunity to shape and lead the end-to-end operational HR strategy for 260 colleagues across the UK – spanning office, field, and factory-based teams.

What We're Looking For:
👉 Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
👉 Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally within a manufacturing or fast-paced environment.
👉 Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations.
👉 Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
👉 A hands-on approach – comfortable ‘walking the floor’ and engaging with teams on-site.
👉 Proactive, commercially minded, and driven to deliver results.
👉 A ‘We can if…’ mindset – able to solve problems while balancing business needs and colleague experience.
