You would be working for one of the most successful businesses in the UK where internal progression and development is important. You will be an integral part of a HR department where teamwork is paramount.
As part of the HR team your role will primarily be responsible for the coordination of payroll on site for temporary employees. You will ensure the accurate processing of working hours, holidays and absence. It would be useful if you have previous experience in a manufacturing setting within a data driven, accounts or payroll based role.
The Role Involves
1. Working within an established HR team
2. Responsible for the tasks relating to temporary employees on site
3. Updating time and attendance system to ensure accurate data
4. Compiling data to send over for payroll processing
5. Liaison with recruitment agencies
6. Dealing with any payroll queries
7. Support for HR team with any administrative tasks
8. First point of contact for all temporary workforce
9. Attending meetings with managers and agency
