What skills and experience we're looking for
• Meeting and greeting and liaising with parents, pupils and visitors to the school
• Being responsible for checking visitors into the school in line with Safeguarding procedures
• Being a qualified First Aider or be willing to undertake first aid training
• Having confidence and competence across a range of ICT systems - a good working knowledge ofScholar Pack and Parent Pay is desirable (although training will be given)
• Undertaking typing and word-processing (including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office)
• Providing administrative and organisational support to the Head teacher
• Booking transport and make arrangements for educational visits
• Contributing to the overall ethos/work/aims of the school
• Establishing constructive relationships and communicate with other agencies/professionals
• Providing routine clerical support e.g. photocopying, filing, emailing, complete routine forms,distributing mail
• Maintaining manual and computerised records/management information systems including theSingle Central RecordOrdering stock and resources
• Working closely with the school Bursar, handling banking, receipts and invoice
