About the Role:

A leading innovator in the life sciences and biotech field, specialising in cutting-edge technologies for protein analysis and other scientific applications, is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead their operations and manufacturing functions. This organisation is renowned for its breakthrough tools in mass spectrometry, offering unique solutions to accelerate research and development.


This role is critical in optimising the operations related to the production, scaling, and supply of their proprietary technologies, including consumables, instrumentation, and software solutions. You will bring a strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), manufacturing processes, and operational leadership to ensure the highest quality standards and operational efficiency across all aspects of the business.


Due to company restructuring, the position will require a hands-on presence at the Oxford site for the first few months, with a potential shift to more flexible working arrangements after the restructuring phase.
