The Role: As Chief Executive, you will guide our strategic direction and manage operations. Your leadership will ensure excellent services, enhance housing stock, and promote sustainable communities. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement our vision and business plan. Operational Management: Oversee property management, maintenance, tenant services, and compliance. Financial Stewardship: Manage budgets, forecasts, and secure funding. Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with residents, authorities, and partners. Governance: Collaborate with the Board for effective governance. Team Leadership: Inspire and develop our team, promoting excellence. Person Specification: Experience: Senior leadership in housing or related field. Skills: Strategic thinking, financial acumen, operational management.
