Main duties
* Lead data quality audit and control and training for all asset collections.
* Understand and review all project scopes to ensure alignment to the quality control process.
* Update and maintain projects trackers and pipeline for Asset Care regarding quality control.
* Manage and support the asset surveyor project brief.
* Responsibility of asset collection quality output.
* Quality control of all asset collection data for project handover.
* Build & Maintain strong relationship with the asset collection team with regular communication.
* Highlight trends & issues and devise improvement measures as appropriate.
* Develop and own quality control measures and process.
* Ownership of new and existing surveyor training plans.
* Create and distribute asset survey technical training and awareness bulletins.
* Train surveyors to Asset Care collection process and requirements.
* Identify training requirements and skills gaps within the asset collection team.
* Manage training records and support surveyors with improvement plans and knowledge.
* Proactive on-site audits as and when required.
* Continuous improvement of the projects & Asset Care processes.
* Ensuring that the asset detail is complete and accurate to both operational policy and contractual compliance.
* Support other Asset Care functions as and when requested.
* Provide Technical support, delivering asset management solutions and visible support to the team.
* Assist the team in effectively identifying and managing technical/operational improvements and compliance aspects associated with our full range of service delivery within the business.
* Lead by example with regards to health and safety, compliance with statutory and contractual legislative requirements.
* Support and stand in for the team manager and supervisors' roles in absence.
* Conduct asset collections if required.
* Continuously enhance the quality control process and support the development of AI for efficiency and output.
* Support and seek improvements to the asset collection methodology with key Asset Care team members.
* Management on MiAssets project creation and set up.
* Able to identify the best asset verification strategy of existing Maximo asset data.
* Manage daily operation issues and challenges professionally providing practical solutions.

* Excellent oral and written English.
* Experience in writing & production of reports and audits and communication.

* Asset Collection experience essential.
* Experience of working to tight and strict deadlines.
* Be flexible for occasional late working and travel.
* Expert level in core Microsoft office IT Skills (Excel, Word & Power Point).
* General Understanding of CAFM Systems and Compliance Requirements.
* Critical Environment knowledge experience.
* Understanding of CIBSE, BSRIA and SFG20.
* Essential knowledge of asset management and maintenance operation.
* Must be able to deliver at pace, working within multiple deadlines, duties & also deliver works accurately.
* Experience with lifecycle and condition measures.
* Managed and delivered asset dilapidation reports.
* Understanding of fabric and building surveys.
* Able to deliver to solutions and problem solve effectively.
* IAM Qualification.
* Working away from home and occasional late working required.
