A client of ours in the Witham area are recruiting a Sales Administrator to join their team. This is a temporary-permanent position working Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm and Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm (37 hour week). Paying £11.44 - £12.00 per hour depending on experience.
Your key duties in this Sales Administrator role will include but are not limited to:
Processing orders and quotations onto the in-house system.
Vetting quotes and orders for sign off.
Updating customers regarding orders and quotations.
Attend internal weekly meetings.
Dealing with customer queries.
Scheduling of orders in line with Production scheduler and allocated factory hours.
Communicating with internal departments.
Attendance at trade shows as required.
Answering the office phone and updating the CRM system.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong awareness of attention to detail.
Proficient PC skills within the Microsoft packages.
Experience within a similar role.
Ability to organise and prioritise workload.
