Customer Team Leader Role Summary
This is a part-time permanent role as a Customer Team Leader at Co-op. You will be leading the store team, providing great customer service, and performing various tasks around the store.
About the Role
We are looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our friendly team. As a leader, you will coach and supervise our Customer Team Members, deputise for the Store Manager, and deliver excellent customer service.
You will also be responsible for:
* Friendly and thoughtful service – giving welcoming, easy, helpful, and thoughtful service every day
* Developing your team's capabilities through coaching and training
* Maintaining store safety, legality, and full operation
* Leading the introduction of new products and services in the store
* Building relationships with customers and colleagues and supporting the local community plan
