My client is seeking a Venue Manager to work in their well-established Hotel & Bar in Southsea, Portsmouth.
You will be responsible for the running of the venue which includes a bar and function area and over 5 rooms for guests, managing a team of 6 staff and reporting directly to the owners.
Venue Manager Job Responsibilities:
* Supervision of staff
* Creating and managing staff rotas
* Stock ordering
* Planning promotions and events
* Ensuring guest satisfaction
Venue Manager Skills / Experience:
* Experience in a managerial position within the hospitality industry
