We are seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to join our team to establish and develop our new nursery. You will play a pivotal role in setting up the new facility as well as leading on the recruitment of the nursery team. As the Nursery Manager, you will have a busy and varied workload, so if you are a well organised person who thrives on a busy working environment where no two days are the same, we would love to hear from you. We would particularly welcome applications from individuals who: have management experience in a an EYFS setting have extensive knowledge of the EYFS statutory requirements are customer-centric in their approach to work are excellent communicators who work in a confidential and discreet manner and are able to think on their feet in a busy working environment are experienced in the use of IT systems including Microsoft Word and Excel are adaptable and friendly with strong administration, time management and organisational skills are able to multi-task, work hard and maintain high level of attention to detail when under pressure are able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, as well as comfortable working independently. Some flexibility is required as you will sometimes need to work additional/alternative hours to cover any urgent issues that may arise.
