About the role Driving sales growth in areas where we’ve built our network, ensuring more customers come on board and get installed. Owning the regional strategy – contributing to sales plans, increasing our customer acquisition, and nurturing customer relationships. Collaborating across teams, working closely with Marketing, Telesales, and Installs to hit targets. Leading and motivating a team of door-to-door sales executives, coaching them to success and developing future sales stars. Out in the field – you’ll be out in the field every week, working with your team, setting the standard and creating new opportunities to grow our brand. About you A driven, experienced and ambitious sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. A natural motivator – someone who can inspire, coach, and lead a team to top performance. A strategic thinker and doer – adaptable, organised, and ready to roll up your sleeves. A collaborator and communicator – confident in working across different teams to drive results. B2C sales experience – with a strong track record of managing and growing teams. Telecoms experience is a plus but not essential – we’re more interested in your sales expertise and leadership skills. You will split your time working from home and across your region, being present with your team building our brand and developing your team to deliver results. Ideally you will be based in Lancashire and able to drive.
