Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Business Development Executive with a minimum 5 years of experience in the IT channel sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a strategic mindset, and the ability to foster strong relationships with channel partners to drive business growth.
Location: Milton Keynes, United Kingdom - Remote with Periodic Travel
Key Responsibilities:
* Channel Partner Recruitment: Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand our market reach and drive sales growth.
* Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring mutual success.
* Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop channel strategies that align with overall business objectives.
* Sales Enablement: Provide training and resources to channel partners to enhance their knowledge of ManageEngine products and value propositions.
* Joint Marketing Initiatives: Work with marketing teams to plan and execute joint promotional activities, campaigns, and events.
* Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on channel partner performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities within the IT channel space.
* Conflict Resolution: Address any channel conflicts in a timely and professional manner to maintain positive partner relationships.
* Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from partners and customers to inform product development and service enhancements.
Requirements
* Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in IT channel sales / business development.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
* Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of IT channel ecosystems, distribution models, and sales cycles.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; adept at presentations and negotiations.
* Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building and sustaining professional relationships.
* Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
* Self-Motivated: Proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet with partners and attend industry events.

Requirements
