At Global Risk and Assurance, we’re all about protecting our business assets, reputation, and sustainability. As an Insurance Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our risk team, ensuring all our retail and non-retail businesses across all our territories are fully aware of the risks they face now and in the future.
In this role, you’ll support the group insurance department and the wider Risk and Assurance team, helping us achieve our strategic goals and support the long-term framework. Collaboration is key as you work with the insurance, risk management, business continuity, health and safety, and internal audit teams.
Your daily routine will be full of variety, getting involved in the day-to-day running of the global insurance programme, dealing with insurance queries, managing premium payments, and maintaining store policies.
Additionally, you’ll work with all parts of the global risk team, coordinating meetings, preparing pre-read meeting packs, taking notes during meetings, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to explore all areas of insurance and risk. To excel in this role, you’ll need to have excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, effective communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
