In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency while managing personnel and resources on-site. You’ll be a key player in delivering projects on time and within budget, all while fostering a productive and positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: ✅ On-Site Leadership Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards and within project specifications. Delegate tasks to teams, monitor progress, and provide guidance to ensure deadlines are met. ✅ Health & Safety Compliance Enforce health and safety protocols to create a secure working environment. Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and site inspections to uphold regulatory standards. ✅ Quality Control & Compliance Ensure all work meets industry regulations and client expectations. Carry out site inspections and implement quality control measures.
