Our well-established client based in South Birmingham are currently recruiting for a Mandarin/Cantonese speaking Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
You must be fluent in either Mandarin or Cantonese, as well as English.
Main duties include:
* Handle customer enquiries via telephone and email
* Process sales orders
* Handle customer returns and refunds
* Data entry
* Chase deliveries and ensure the customer is updated throughout
* Produce quotations
Training will be provided.
The ideal candidate must:
* Be able to communicate fluently in Mandarin/Cantonese and English
* Have excellent IT skills including Microsoft package
This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday.
You must be able to commute to South Birmingham on a daily basis as this role is fully office based.
