Job Description
We are working with a long established, and well regarded British food producer, who are currently looking to hire a Factory and Operations Manager for their food processing facility in North Yorkshire.
The roe will suit an experienced food operations manager, who is dynamic, ambitious and keen to climb to the top of the company and lead by example, and will manage all aspects of the operations including production, engineering, quality, maintenance and logistics whilst being a key member of the management team, working alongside the Finance and Commercial Managers.
Qualifications:
* Excellent people skills – manage team of production, engineering and maintenance. Building and maintaining relationships with all.
* Strategic Mindset – problem solving, ability to make and change business decisions to minimise disruption and financial impact in key areas.
* Experience – high pace production unit within the food industry.
* Knowledge of P&L and costing.
* Right to work in the UK.
