The Role
As a Hire Desk Controller, you’ll be at the heart of the company’s operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of equipment hire to clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming enquiries via phone and email regarding equipment hire
2. Process hire orders efficiently and accurately
3. Schedule deliveries, collections, and exchanges of equipment
4. Liaise with drivers, yard staff, and the transport team to ensure timely service
