Job Title: Supply Teacher Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Sale Job Type: Contract, Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £130 - £140 Per day Job Duties: Deliver engaging and informative lessons to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher Follow and implement lesson plans provided by the school Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students are on task Provide feedback to students and school staff on student progress Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities as required Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Previous experience working as a teacher in a school setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and environments Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum Effective classroom management techniques Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students Excellent organisational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) Experience working as a supply teacher Specialist subject knowledge in a specific area Working Conditions: The role may involve working in different schools and classrooms, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
