Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for commercial strategy and plans to succeed in business development and new client acquisition for the company. It will also involve growing existing accounts, generating new leads, identifying opportunities and ultimately converting them into deals.
Requirements:
1. Experience selling into telco operators within the EMEA region, ideally having worked with complex business solutions.
2. Strong track record in target overachievement of new account acquisition as well as account management.
3. Familiarity with the use of CRM systems as well as forecasting.
4. Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the region’s commercial activity, ensuring sales growth.
2. Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities through industry expertise and collaboration.
3. Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve targets.
4. Analyze market trends, competition, and financial performance to optimize sales strategies.
5. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with customers and procurement teams.
6. Work closely with leadership to assess progress and refine sales approaches.
7. Partner with stakeholders to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
