Job Description
* Create documents and reports for team
* Data entry on Excel, update CRM systems
* Ensure meeting rooms are clean and prepared for meetings
* Ordering office supplies
* Book couriers, arrange post
* HR administration, updating employee records
* Support other areas of the business when needed
* Cover reception when needed, meet and greet visitors
The Successful Applicant
* Excellent administrative skills
* Competent in Microsoft package including excel (data entry)
* Previously used database/CRM tools
* Excellent customer service skills, in person, phone and email
* Able to build relationships and work as part of a team
* Able to support various teams in the business to meet objectives
