Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions and areas of interest. Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimisations based on data findings. Provide strategic recommendations to improve decision-making processes and drive business success. Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making in identifying commercial opportunities. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting and analysis. Requirements The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Proven experience in a similar role, particularly in handling high volumes of data/high SKU count. Strong analytical skills with the ability to process, interpret, and present large datasets effectively. Proficiency in using data visualisation tools e.g., Power BI and advanced Excel skills. Experience with data management and analysis platforms e.g. SQL, Python, R, or similar. Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset. Excellent communication skills to explain complex data insights in an easily understandable way.
